ONLINE ACL ASSESSMENT • AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE

KNOW WHAT’S MISSING.
KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT.

Specialist online ACL assessment for athletes who want a clearer picture of their recovery — and a more informed path from rehabilitation back to performance.

WHERE ARE YOU IN YOUR RECOVERY?

You may have completed formal physical therapy. You may be back in the gym or already running. Your knee may even feel good. But that doesn’t necessarily tell you whether you’ve rebuilt the strength, power, movement capacity and athletic qualities your sport requires.

The Online ACL Assessment is designed to identify meaningful gaps and give you clear direction for what comes next.

STILL REHABILITATING

Understand the priorities that should guide your next phase of training.

RETURNING TO SPORT

Look beyond time since surgery and assess the qualities that matter for athletic performance.

CLEARED, BUT NOT READY

Get another perspective when you’ve been cleared but still feel something is missing.

HOW IT WORKS

01 • CONSULT

We start with your surgery, rehabilitation, current training, goals and the demands of your sport.

02 • ASSESS

You complete an individualized testing process based on your stage of recovery, available equipment and sporting demands.

03 • ANALYZE

Your results and movement are reviewed together to identify meaningful strengths, deficits and priorities.

04 • PLAN

You receive clear feedback and recommendations for the next stage, with ongoing support available when appropriate.

WHAT CAN WE ASSESS REMOTELY?

There isn’t one testing battery for every athlete. Assessment is adapted to your stage of recovery, available equipment and the demands you need to return to.

STRENGTH & CAPACITY

Lower-limb strength and physical capacity, looking beyond the knee to the qualities that support athletic performance.

JUMP & REACTIVE PERFORMANCE

How you produce, absorb and rapidly reproduce force across appropriate performance tasks.

MOVEMENT & SPORT

Movement strategy and progression toward the speed, direction, intensity and demands that matter for your sport.

The value isn’t simply completing a set of tests. It’s selecting the right tests, interpreting how the findings relate to one another, and understanding what they mean for your next stage of rehabilitation.

MEASURE • MOVE • PERFORM

RETURN TO SPORT IS MORE THAN A TEST SCORE.

Objective testing helps us understand where you are. The next question is whether those qualities transfer into movement. Athletic preparation should build progressively from controlled movement toward acceleration, deceleration, landing, cutting, reactive tasks and higher-speed actions when appropriate.

The goal is not simply to pass a battery. It’s to build the physical and movement capacity required to perform your sport with confidence.
